Elizabeth is named administrator of her husband's estate. She inherits $2345.35. House and land in Canby are valued at an additioal $550 and is "decreed to descend according to law." I hope and assume that means she got to keep it.
Per Portland death record for March 1911 - Elizabeth died at 540 Clay St, her home She died of Carcinoma of the Gall Bladder.
Per 1910 Census, Elizabeth reports she has borne 11 children and 8 are still living. This is 2 more than I had a record of. I'm thinking Albert, whom Forrest attributed to Adam and Eve, was actually Elizabeth's son. Forrest only listed the children that survived childhood. He listed Albert with a wife designated with a "?".
[1073] <[EMail address deleted]>
[1078] I believe when Elizabeth reports she has had 11 children, 8 of whom are still living, that she is counting her step-children William, Mary, and Elizabeth. That's the only way I can count to eight still living.

Per Wayne Olsen:
From "The Kelloggs in the Old World and the New", by Timothy Hopkins,Sunset Press and Photo Engraving Co., San Francisco, 1903:
Probably the younger son. Resided in Debden. At the Manorial Court of Debden in 1571, he succeeded his mother in possession of the tenement and land called Mondes as appears in the Manorial Court record asfollows: "Whereas Florence Kellogge, widow, late wife of Nicholas Kellogge, deceased, held for term of her life, a customary tenement with a house thereon and 10 acres of customary land formerly called Webbs now called Mondes with a pithtel planted with osiers, etc., reversion thereof after her death to Thomas Kellogge and his heirs as appears by the rule of 5 Edward VI (A.D. 1551). Now comes the said Thomas and prays to be admitted in reversion and he is so admitted." And at a like Court, 12 May 1568, he surrendered to William Kellogg two acres of Wymonds.
