RUBY ADELIA ERLER, 91, of Manistee, formerly of Wellston, died Monday, Dec. 18, 2000, at the Manistee County Medical Care Facility. She was born on October 13, 1909, in Morgan Hill, Calif., the daughter of John and Lillian (Barber) DeMouth. Visitation will be held from 11 a.m. until time of the service. Funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Wednesday at the First Church of Wellston, in Wellston. Interment will be in Freewood Cemetery in the spring. Terwilliger Funeral Home of Kaleva is in charge of the arrangements.

Hattie Edith White (b1888) married John Columbus Knight (1885-1961) on Sept. 26, 1905 in Rhode Island, Illinois. I have a number of photos which I will have scanned and will share with you. Hattie was truly quite beautiful and had the most gorgeous hair and blue eyes. Apparently Hattie's sister Belle Anne married Walter Eyler and they had a double wedding together.
